Your Key Responsibilities

• Support and consultation for existing and new customers
• Creation, processing, and follow-up of quotations
• Entry and processing of customer orders
• Customer communication via telephone and in writing
• Coordination of delivery dates and alignment with internal departments
• Maintenance of customer and order data
• Supporting the field sales team with sales and administrative tasks
• Processing of customer inquiries and complaints

Your Qualifications

• Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification is desirable
• Professional experience in internal sales or customer service is an advantage
• Proficient use of standard MS Office applications
• Experience with CRM or ERP systems is desirable
• Very good written and spoken German skills
• Commercial understanding and interest in technical products
